Relief

What is everbody's way of relieving stress? How do you cope with day to day reality?

Being in college and working full-time, I find that I am stressed a lot too. I have been reading a "yoga" magazine. Although I don't get into all the poses (at work and at college-haha) I take a break and I put the tip of my index finger on my thumb and I do this on both hands. Do this for about a minute. It is almost like the stress leaves your fingertips. It works for me!
